Fume Cupboard Control

ICEL works with Thermoplastic Engineering to produce a variable air-flow fume cupboard that will meet the regulatory air flow requirements at all door operating heights.

The use of variable air-flow fume cupboards significantly reduces the volume of make up air required in large laboratories and can result in savings of both capital cost and running costs for the air make up system. The intelligent control used in the ICEL fume cupboard controllers means that they can communicate with the air make up system to indicate the volume of air required to compensate for the volume exhausted by the fume cupboards.
